Absolutely the worst business in town! They came out to diagnose a water heater issue and said they would be in touch to replace the system. I have never been able to get in touch with them and they have never called me back. My home warranty company has tried several times to get in touch with them as well. They are terrible . Never answer phones and keep sending plummers who don't know what there doing. I have AHS and thus is the kind of service they use. Probably only business they can get by home warranty company. Keep having to pay deductable over and over for same problem. Do not use this terrible plumming serviceReview from Ashley J.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company was assigned through our home warranty company. The tech came out and stayed in my home for 3 mins in regards to our water heater. He stated that he would order a part from Amazon and that if it doesn’t come in 2 days he was going to request a brand new water heater. I called left multiple messages, I received a call Back 3 days later starting that they ordered my part. Speaking with my home warranty company they stated that this company put in that the job was complete and has not submitted no diagnosis nor were parts ordered. Stay away from this company. On the internet it says this company is temporarily closed.Review from Brett R

Grossly incompetent. THEY WILL NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEM. THEY WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. The worst plumber I have ever met. Will arrive without the materials to fix what's wrong, then they will never come back but they have your money. BEWARE AMERICAN HOME SHIELD (AHS)! AHS has them in network as their plumber. You will pay your AHS repair fee, Waldorf Plumbing will come and tell you they can fix your problem but they don't have the parts in the truck and will need to come back, then they will tell AHS that there's nothing wrong with your equipment and AHS will believe them and you are out your repair fee. DO NOT USE WALDORF PLUMBING! If you must use them because of AHS, make a video recording of the plumber telling you what's wrong and how to fix it. Send it to AHS when Waldorf Plumbing lies about what's wrong to AHS. Better yet, DO NOT USE WALDORF PLUMBING.Review from Christopher C

AHS assigned Waldorf Plumbing to fix leaking pipes under my sink. They have not answered any phone calls or sent out a technician. I would not recommend them for service.Review from Aaron B

This company showed to my house through the warranty company. They said they would be right back because they didn't have a part. They got paid 100.00 and closed the ticket never doing any work whatsoever. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE its a SCHEME
