I purchased a 2019 ********* from Premier Auto Imports and was quoted Friday price of $25,995 and Saturday arrived to look at it went on test drive and was their for over 2 hours they upped the price to $29,995 but we had already had our mind set on it so we asked them to bring it down as far as they could they brought it to $29,000 we were rushed through the paperwork because I had to have insurance on it before we could do paperwork and to set insurance up through ***** **** on Saturday was a chore but finally it was done they scrolled through the computer said initial here sign here then come to find out they made an error on our down payment and asked us to come back which I didn't have a chance to get off work before they closed but I called and asked why they charged us a $995 freight on a used vehicle they said that was normal but speaking to several other dealers you don't charge it on a used vehicle but I was trying to get all my info together about everything before going in and resigning papers because the vehicle is in fact only worth $26,995 but I contacted the bank to get info from them on the financing and the dealership had already changed the pricing of the paperwork from $30,029 to $31,529 without me signing the papers and they didn't give me all of the paperwork that we signed

      Dear Sir or Madam,

In reference to the attached complaint filed by *************************, below is our official response.

**.  & *** ************* purchased a 2019 ********* from our dealership for $29,000. Initially they indicated that they wanted to put a down payment of $2,500 towards the purchase and completed the paperwork indicating $2,500 as the down payment. Subsequently, during their purchase, they changed their minds and only made a $1,000 down payment. Since their down payment amount decreased to $1000, the financed amount increased by $1500. Both **.  & *** ************* signed all of the documents including the lender's documents reflecting thier $1000 down payment.

In reference to the screenshot, they shared from ***************** regarding the value of the *********, the website is not reflective of the 2019 Slingshot they purchased from Premier, which includes additional features such as detailed lighting, back camera and sound system, etc. These features are add-ons which both **. & *** ************* knew at the time of purchase.  It cannot be compared to just any other ********* without these features (Note: VIN#s do not demonstrate information on **********/motorcycles).

Further, all other expenses posted are valid charges which were explained to both **.  & *** ************* at time of purchase. **.  & **** ************* acknowledged all of those charges and signed off on the vehicle. Management had emailed, called and left several messages for **.  & **** ************* to contact the dealership, however, they have not responded to any of our attempts. Should you require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our office.

I purchased a car from Premier Auto November 10, 2022. With in 1 week of having the vehicle the water pump needed to be replaced asap as the car was running extremely hot. Unfortunately the mechanic assisgned damaged the interior console while making the repair to the water pump. Immediately after fixing the water pump issue, the engine began to make screeching noices; it sounds very loud like a tune up is immediately necessary. The mechanic not only broke the outer casing of the console panel, but damaged the wiring/damaged the console so that the navation system no longer works, the radio works intermeditantly, the phone connects and disconnects at random so the call is no longer hands free (this is a requirement of the State of MD while driving). The mastor lock for the doors still doesn't work properly - the doors open when the outside handle is touched. This is a very serious issue because the car can not be locked properly when parked. This is also an issue that is known to the dealership but not resolved. I also had to get the oil changed (they didn't bother to change the oil). I took it to have the oil change completed in Jan. 2023 - I was told that the control arm needed to be replaced as well. I have complained to the dealership several times regarding these issues but have not received resolution, please help.

**************** purchased a 2014 ******** *** from Premier Auto Imports in November 2022. As with any Premier customer,****************** warranty covers 50% part/50% labor (of lubricated parts of engine and transmission only) for the first 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first. When **************** contacted Premier Auto regarding the master window switch and water pump, Premier requested her to bring the vehicle and replaced the water pump and the master door lock switch at no charge.

**************** claims that as a result of the water pump replacement, her navigation system and console wiring were damaged. She also states that the vehicle required an oil change. First of all, the water pump is under a hood and nowhere near the electrical or wiring of any console. The mechanics did not perform work inside the vehicle or dash. They simply replaced the water pump located under the hood. Further, Premier conducts an oil change on every vehicle prior to a sale. Besides the water pump and door lock switches which Premier replaced, all other subsequent allegations mentioned herein was never brought to the attention of Premier Auto. If *************** still continues to face issues with her power door switches, she can stop by the dealership, and we would be happy to inspect it for her. Tell us why here...
