I am immune compromised (***** ********** ********** and clean and operable medical supplies are imperative. An infection from unclean/ unreplaced supplies is a major health risk for me - I have had two recently. On October 23, I called for new CPAP supplies. I have yet to receive them despite my follow up. I am very overdue and using supplies that should have been replace by now. This company does NOT provide necessary equipment in a timely manner and it is jeopardizing my health. My follow up on November 8th yielded a promise to "move me to the head of the line." Nothing has happened, not even a phone call. Every resupply is problematic, but as least I did receive the supplies. Now I'm not getting anything. I ask over and over again 'how can I help the system work?' but their system is broken beyond repair.
