Electrical Services LLC started an electrical distribution ,with lighting, job at a commercial building unit. I was told it would take 2 weeks...It's been almost 4 months. After many calls and texts to the company, they do not respond. They ran undersized service cable to a 150 amp sub panel.... which they changed but have not finished the job. I'm having trouble finding an electrician willing to come fix all their mistakes....such as too many outlets going to the same circuit breakers. They were to have 3 quad outlets per circuit...one has 7 quad outlets .Some junction boxes have loose wires hanging out and 2 quad outlets not installed . Two quads have outlets that are not working. They were paid 5/7 th's for the job and maybe figure it's too much work to complete for the final payment.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 23, 2022/08/03) */ Stephanie ********* Thu, Jul 7, 11:56 AM to *********, me Here is our response to the above complaint: As he (the home owner)stated the job was supposed to be completed by the new year. Here is the course of events that led down this road: The Owner travels a lot and did throughout the period we were working on his business; this created a huge scheduling conflict with when he could have someone there for us to get the work completed. Owner refused to give us a key and he wanted to us to work on someone else's schedule that only allowed 2 days a week on a very particular schedule and our schedule starts at 7am and ends at 2pm. The person he had couldn't be there until 9am. Mr. ********* had a part time tech try and make the hours however it never worked out and when we tried to get in at different times the door was always locked. We did however complete the majority of the job and we left less then 10% needing to be completed. ( Just labeling and testing needed to be completed. ) He stated the wrong wire was used however that is incorrect; it was existing wire that the tech read incorrectly and was thinking of reusing; once the tech called Mr. *********; Mr. ********* told the tech the correct wire is on site and was left on site from the beginning of the job and the wire purchased was per code. We have pictures that shows all work was completed and everything worked. There was additional work we completed that we did not get paid for and we never received our balance either and we never requested it as we knew he was going to get someone else to complete the job. The balance was substantial and the work not completed was very minimal. However we understood that we didn't get the job done to the customers satisfaction so we did not pursue the balance purely for a customer service stand point as we knew he was not happy.
