Be very careful...ordered sinking Koi food 33 pound bag....$200.00. they sent us floating ...clogs and damages skimmer and pump. it is more than apparent they sent the wrong product and would do nothing at all to try and help. Now they show the product Out Of Stock online....They were Out Of Stock when I ordered and sent floating instead. Terrible customer service and even the owner was rude. Buy somewhere else so you don't loose money like we did.

Customer service unorganized, tech support inconsistent and lack of listening skills. Do not stand by their product as far as returns regarding products that do not fulfill the salespersons recommendation.

This is an addendum to my original review of Webb's Water Gardens, posted in July of this year. In July, I was thinking about purchasing a water filter for my koi pond. I knew nothing about pond filters and had never had one before, so I called Webb's. My call was answered by Kevin, who happens to be the owner of Webb's Water Gardens. After a brief conversation with Kevin about my pond, he gave me his recommendation on the type and size filter I should get, and also suggested some other equipment that would be beneficial for my project, that I had not thought of, or considered. I was really excited about getting this pond filter, but was very intimated about setting it up and getting it running. This is where Webb's excels in my opinion. Kevin made it very clear to me, that if I purchased the pond filter, he and his service team at Webb's would be there to help me along way, and assist me with whatever issues and/or problems I experienced. I ordered the filter, and Webbs walked me through the process of the shipping, delivery and set up. I called Webbs several times as I was installing the filter, regarding the equipment, the installation and basic overall operation of the unit. I had a lot to learn, and true to his word, Webbs was there for me, my needs and any concerns that I had. I got my filter up and running, and I am very happy with it. And I am very grateful to Webb's service team for all their help and support. There are a lot of companies that sell pond equipment, but there are very few who can offer the kind of support, expertise and service that Webbs does!
