Dear Sir or Madam:I brought my car about 3 weeks ago to White Marsh Muffler to have my engine rebuilt. The owner -- *********************** -- told me that he wanted $2,500 for the labor, and I supplied all the parts except the spark plugs. When I went to pick up my car yesterday (07/11/2022) he gave me a bill that amounted to $3,600+. Consequently, I said to me that he asked me $2,500 not $3,600+. As a result, he took off a couple hundreds of dollars so that the bill amounted to $3,060.76. The amount of money that I owed him was $2,500 plus $46 for the spark plugs. Thus, The actual amount of money that I owed him was $2,546. I would like a refund in the amount of $514.76. Thank you.Customer response

I forgot to mention that in addition to the problems that I have with the carburetor, the engine still leaks oil after he had replaced all the gaskets. Thank you.

Dear *** or Madam;
I am writing this because there are problems with my car, namely, the engine still leaks engine oil even though the mechanic in question -- *********************** -- had replaced all the engine gaskets. In addition, the new carburetor that *********************** installed has problems. First of all, the carburetor has no fast idle and secondly it backfires. Not only he overcharged me, but he also failed to fix my engine. At this point, either he fixes the problems or I want my $3,060.76 back. Finally, I want to add that I emailed him describing the problems, but he has not answered my email. Thank you for your understanding.Customer response
