11/4/2020 signed contract for deck. To be completed by 12/4/2020. Work did not start until June 19th Contract price was $11, 640.00. I provided a deposit of $8,000. After work finally begin I provided another payment of $2500. The remaining balance to be paid at completion. G*** completed the footings and the inspection. The framing was completed but noting after that. I've tried contacting G*** since July 23rd via email, text, phone, voicemail, certified letter, etc. to no avail. G*** also took a deposit for concrete patio work that he did not finish as well. I had to pay another contractor to complete the deck cost me $8750.00 to complete. In addition to $3975 to complete the concrete patio. Requesting $7610.00 for deck he did not finish and $5000 for patio he did not finish. Totaling $12,610.00.Business response

Signed a contract on 11/5/2020 for work on my home. Total job was to be $8000.00. I gave Gary L. Sr. a check in good faith for $4000.00. I have heard nothing from him. I have contacted him many times leaving voice messages and have sent 3 letters. I just want my deposit of $4000.00 backBusiness response

I want my $4,000.00. A payment agreement was agreed to but the company has NEVER followed thru. I received one payment of $500 Check 2600 dated 11/29/21 but nothing since. I payment plan was $500 a month paid between the 1t=st to the 5th of the month. I even opened a bank account at the bank the first check was associated with to make it easier for the payment to be made. No response from the company either text or phone messages.
