Purchased 12/9/2022 paid via Zelle as a gift for ************************* by ******************* (paid $300) and ******************************* (paid $37). The total was $337. ***********************, the owner, was to supply a premium Virgin Indian human hair 13x6 lace front wig that was 20in, curly ***** texture, 13x6 frontal and at 180% density. The dispute is that I did not receive what was ordered. The wig is actually only *****in depending on where you measure. The hair quality is below good standards as it gets fuzzy after drying and so tangled it's so hard to brush and impossible to run your fingers through. It became a tangled **** after wearing it for about two hours and there was a big lock of tangled hair at the back on my neck as well. There are a lot of random strands of light colored and white hairs. ******* and I contacted **** by text stating my issues. She said she would contact her distributor about the length. While waiting, a picture was sent to her showing the measurement of the hair stretched. **** texted back, her distributor stated the wig was 20in and **** also stated she does not accept returns but i could get a discount code for my next purchase and if I straightened the wig, it would be 20in. As far as an order number or any type of tracking number, she promised one would be sent but never sent it.
