I purchased a power mixer for $300 from the website/company musysic.com on September 14, 2021, and 10 months later the power mixer stopped working. There was a 1-year warranty placed on it and I messaged the company through their chat feature because they never answer their phone. They stated that refunds weren't eligible but the warranty covers repair. They told me I needed to ship back the item but they didn't cover the shipping costs so I paid $80 shipping through ups to have it sent back to them on July 19, 2022. I asked them 6 days later if they received the item once I saw that the package had been delivered to them and they stated that they got the package and it's being repaired and that they will follow up once it's fixed and getting sent back. I messaged them again on August 8, 2022, to follow up on any updates but they never responded. I messaged them again 5 days later, but still nothing. Their phone number keeps going to voicemail and keeps saying their mailbox is full. I've read other complaints on them and other customers have experienced the same customer service.Initial Complaint

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM (SCAM), SOLD THROUGH ******. I bought a Bluetooth $299.00 speaker from this company in 2019. The speaker worked for 6 months. After that it would not connect or the Bluetooth or hold a charge. After involving ****** the company sent me a return shipping label that was no good, we had to pay over $80.00 to return the speaker. Company claimed they could not fix the speaker and it was not eligible for a return. ****** worked with me and then for a replacement (I think it was another used item) speaker lasted 7 months and same problems. Communicated with them online via ****** and rep was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I've been trying to get a refund for over two week now. Phone number for company ************ states voicemail is full and will not accept messages.... working with ****** to get them kicked off the site for selling defective products and not being able to reach them or refund customer's money. DO NOT waste your time of money, this company if you can call them a company sells defective products and when you contact them they states via email the warranty is only valid for 30-days when that is NO WHERE in writing. Fraud and a SCAM. I want my $299.99 back ASAPInitial Complaint

I recieved an amplifier bought on ******.com from this company. It was defective. I returned it using a shipping label sent to my email address. I had a copy of the shipping label made by ************* in my town and left the package there. It's a daily pickup for ups. When I checked on the progress on the ups sight it kept saying label created . I returned it on July 20th . It still says label created. I kept checking. Once it said it was delivered to woodland MD. On July 26th. Now when I try to check it it says I'm not associated with the account. I think that the company sent me a bogus shipping label knowing I could not correctly track the return and I'm still expected to pay for an Amp I returned to them
