This business is non responsive when asked for an invoice of any work they completed on the repair of my speakers. The speakers were returned damaged and not working at all. The repairs were suppose to fix a hum and now there is no sound at all. When they did respond I was told I could purchase new speakers. This company is extremely poor and a scam. I will never do business with such a company again and will pass the word.

Your speakers arrived on July 5, 2023, for a repair of your order from May 25, 2022, which we were not informed of prior to receiving the units. You were informed of existing damage due to a lack of packing material via email with photos sent around that same time. Despite your speakers being damaged as well as mice infested, we did the best we could to get your units back to a working order. As for all of our repairs/replacements, they are fully tested prior to shipping, and your units were no exception.
Fastforward to April 5, 2024, almost a year after we shipped your speakers back, you are reaching out stating that your speakers are not working. We have stated that all units are fully tested and then sent back after repairs. It is the responsibility of the customer to let us know that there is something wrong with the units soon after receiving them. If we don't hear from the customer about their repair soon after they receive it, we presume that the units are fully working.We also offered you a 30% discount if you were to purchase replacements as you are a previous customer. However, we find this claim placed on us to be absolutely unacceptable and we should've been informed last year about any issues as that is when the units were returned back to you.

Bought a MU-L31A light system from Musysic which failed after less than 20 hours use within the one year warranty period. Repeated calls to customer service went directly to voice mail which was full and then disconnected. Repeated emails were unanswered. Certified mail requesting warranty service went unanswered. System worked great, but if you're unlucky enough to get a lemon, you can not expect to get reasonable customer service.
