I have had many issues with this company, mostly with the **** on our team and certain employees within the administrative office. There have been multiple occasions we were supposed to have a shift and would never receive a call or text that shift was canceled because someone called out, our **** has very poor communication skills, he called to cancel a shift and when I asked why he said no reason. Come to find out, our ***'s had come in contact with someone that had covid. We should have been notified when the **** called to cancel shift. I have asked on multiple occasions to have a meeting with the owners to discuss issues we are having and to come up with a plan that works for everyone. It never happened. Our **** came to observe a morning shift to see the difference between morning and afternoon shifts. He was late arriving, didn't say anything throughout the shift and left early. Later that day, the **** told our ***'s that the shift was a s*** show and that we are letting my daughter walk all over us. When I emailed and asked the **** to PLEASE amuse me and tell me what about the shift was a shift show, as he called it. My daughter followed simple demands, didn't have any outbursts or behaviors during that shift. In my own personal opinion, I feel the **** was upset because he didn't see any of the behaviors afternoon shifts seem to have, then retaliated against the *** that told me what the **** said about the shift he observed. He hauled them in the office and reprimanded them for telling me what he said. Also, one of the ***'s that works here is the step parent of one the owners children, who is absolutely favored within the office, isn't that a conflict of interest and nepotism?
