On Thursday March 17th I brought my ***** cx7 to Young Guns Service Center and asked them to tighten a hose clamp on my water outlet because I couldn't reach it when I brought it to them it ran and drove fine they called me on Friday said they had to order the hose and they had to replace the hose on Monday I said fine they called me again on Monday and said that they ordered the wrong hose and it wouldn't be ready till Wednesday I said okay then they called me back about an hour and a half later and said my car was ready said they "customized" the wrong hose that they had witch means that they cut it when I picked up my car they said that they hose that was on it was hooked up to the wrong inlet and they moved it where it was supposed to be and they replaced an additional hose which I didn't ask them to do and said they had to put 4 quarts of oil into my car also never asked for that and the car wasn't low I had checked it before hand because it ***** oil so I check it everyday when I get into it so I paid the 300$ they charged me for all the extra work they did that I told them specifically on the phone not to do just to do the clamp and leaving their shop my house is under a mile away the car stopped working lost all power and the car won't turn on now and has a grinding sound in the motor when I checked my oil it was way way over the *** fill line and the inlet I asked them to hook up didn't even have a hose on it now my car is ruined and I went to have them fix it and they basically said it wasn't their fault and it's not their problem now I'm out a 3500$ car
