Unfortunately this platform requires I give it 1 star to submit my review. Its not worth any stars. So my actual review is Zero stars and an absolutely horrible company. Dont spend your money here thinking they are better than the big box stores or that you will get better service because they are local. It wont happen! Go to Lowes or ********** and get the cheaper price and the better customer **********************. *********************** is not worth it, trust me and all the others on here. Bought a stove from them three months ago and purchased a 5 year warranty with them. The glass top has a very deep circular ***** in the center of the large burner so I called for service. They told me that they dont service the ** brand I bought. I will never do business with them again and advise against anybody considering them.Review from Sue S

********** 12-7-23 Purchased a fridge from Agrensdelivery was efficient, on time, clean-up perfect. Able to narrow delivery time down to short window, then able to ***********, and zero in on exact time which was great because had morning appointment scheduled. Just like everyone else here, hope nothing goes wrong, because the service department is awful. They are used to irate customers and I know why, they absolutely do not care about you after the sale. Spent 20 years saving up for my dream kitchen, now I have a $10k boat anchor in my kitchen that Im stuck with. Thanks for absolutely nothin Agren.Review from Gary B

Ordered a king and two queens ***s on June 23 for June 30 delivery. Never heard from the delivery crew so we called the salesman on June 30. He said he ordered the wrong king *** so he cancelled the order and never told us. We were moving back into our house on June 30 after a burst pipe incident and now had no *** to sleep on. Bought a blow up mattress for my wife (who is undergoing chemotherapy) so she didnt have to sleep on the couch. So much for their commercial where they state if you buy a *** today, you can sleep on it tomorrow. Couldnt be more disappointed with them.Review from Warren M

Bought a double oven from them 2 months ago and it has never worked since we got it. Was told we had to have service tech out 3 times before GE would replace on #4 next Wednesday. Called GE because of lack of response and long tech wait times to fix - GE told us we had 7 days from purchase date to return the oven. Agrens misled usnow after 2 months without an oven still cant get return calls regarding replacing the oven from Agrens. Just keep blowing us off and not responding. Total c*** and Agrens doesnt stand behind their products or support their customersBuyers beware.Review from Wayne B

Agren's Repair Service is TERRIBLE! Just hope nothing goes wrong with anythingyou buy from them. Only after three months, my new cooktop started malfunctioning and was completely inoperable less than a month later. I've been without a cooktop for SEVEN months now and no end in sight. They've been out here three times so far. Each time it took weeks for them to show up. They're now waiting on parts that ***** fix the problem. I asked them to simply replace the unit which is readily available. But they refused saying the manufacturer won't authorize it. I've since found out about the ***** Warranty Law that mandates a 4 yearwarranty. So I'm filing a complaintwiththe state's AttorneyGeneral.Review from Marcia M.

First class service, reasonable appliance prices, staff who install, and office and sales staff who care. I am very pleased with Agrens overall
