Bought my 2023 Subaru at Evergreen in mid August with Cash. They told me they needed to submit the title to ************** before I can receive it from the town I was living in. on Sept 18th I still have no title. Called ************** and I was told they had to send back my title to have a signature from the previous owner. On 10/16, call the ************** again wondering what is going on and they told me still haven't received the papers from Evergreen. Called them back and the manager said they are trying to get the owner to stop in to sign the paper. She even told me that it is unusual for something to take this long.Really!!!! Don't sell a car unless all paper work has been filed. I paid for a car with cash, I expect the title asap or within a reasonable time. Now I'm left without a title and no real answers. Go to the previous owners and get the paperwork signed. I was told Evergreen buys from the same people often. This should be a lesson.The worst of it all, Evergreen came recommended and now I can't do the same.Review from Mike P

Bought a used 2020 crosstrek that had damage from a accident. Was never told about it until we looked over the car, and they said they didn't notice the damage, but yet they took pics of the car and posted them on there website but yet they didn't notice the damage. The agreement was to get the car fixed. It needed new front and rear bumpers and the bumpers painted and the right side of the car was totally messed up cause the previous owner side swipped something. So they painted the right side and replaced and painted the front and rear bumpers. The drivers door had a deep **** that was supposed to be fixed and that was part of the agreement. Got the car back months later and everything was fixed except the deep **** in the driver's door, and the front bumper is already showing signs of chipped paint. Contacted them and basically told me they helped me out enough and that they are not fixing it for me and to deal with it and they don't want my business anymore. When we got the car we paid almost **** dollars extra for ceramic coating, and since they don't want my business I don't want to deal with them and I asked for my money back that we paid for the coating and they refuse to refund me.
