This is a fraud case Aspen Dental did not submit the bill to my insurance company within the time permitted and the insurance company denied my bill I went personally to Aspen Dental with my dentures which since I received them the teeth keep falling out of them and I've had them repaired this is the second time I brought them in to be repaired when I entered the building there was a sign on the desk that their computer system was totally crashed and they were unable to retrieve information on me I had to give them all my information again then they told me that they did submit the billing on time and produced paperwork that was just printed out I called the insurance company and they said that the Aspen Dental did not submit the bills till June of 24 the insurance company even left a message with the corporate office of Aspen Dental Aspen Dental proceeded to tell me I still owe the ***************** wouldn't fix their defective productBusiness response

I received services at Aspen Dental on 4-3-23. I paid $1718.40. The adjusted cost of services per contract with the ***************** totals $2196. Aspen tells me my balance is $992.30 as they are trying to charge me the full amount of $2745 and not honoring the adjusted amount. The total amount I owe should be $2196-$1718.40=$477.60. I called the office and received no resolution.Business response

I had dental services on 2-14-23 and asked to pay $337 upfront. I have ********** Benefits Solution for insurance. There is a negotiated fee for the service I received of $269.60, so I was overcharged $67.40. I have made numerous attempts to get a credit or refund. I was told a ticket was submitted, but nothing else has happened despite further attempts. I try calling Aspen customer service and keep getting a message "our representatives are busy, please call back later" No one picks up at main headquarters. No ability to send them an E-mail either.Customer response
