I went there for dentures my insurance would cover ******* which was enough for basic dentures but I refused to apply for their financial loan for a more expensive set they refuse to see me and get me the cheaper set. They are doing this to a lot of people and it's being discriminating. More people should be filing complaints and their web site reviews are not in good standings.

I have been so disappointed in Aspen Dental and the unprofessional turn that they have taken. I'm a 62-year-old retired veteran trying to preserve my smile and afraid that I may be in danger not just with my smile but with my health because I've called Aspen Dental and tried to find out when my appointment is to see the dental surgeon to have a wisdom teeth removed. Aspen Dental is not seen fit to call me back to just let me know when my appointment is. I've called Northeast Dental partners and I will call any dentist in the area that will see me and treat me with a proper respect that I deserve! Do not waste your time on Aspen Dental because they will not get back to you and their website is down it all it always seems to be down. Call your customer back all I'm asking for is information. I'm going to call any Dental partners in this area and have my information transferred to them immediately from this office. This is absolute this is an absolute nightmare of customer service from **********************! I am in pain because I'm dealing with a tooth that needs to be pulled and no one has the ability to call me back. I don't know what's going on in Aspen Dental but I no longer want to be a part of it. I'm a customer and my rights I'm a customer and a patient and my rights are being violated.

I tried to get ahold of Aspen on Dec. 1, no answer so I left a message, Dec. 2 I, left a message, Dec 3 I left a message and still no call back from Aspen dental in ****** *****. Monday, I got ahold of A person in AZ, she called ****** office and got no answer, so she had to e-mail the two-office manager. a half an hour later I got a call, the person on the other was really rude, but did get A appt on Wednesday @ 945am. At 9:40 I was brought into a room and left for over a half hour with no one seeing me. i got ahold of a Teck and asked what was going on, and she said the Dentist was busy with another person. At this point I walked out of Aspen. Aspen was the one who made the appt. they should have kept it. I showed for an appt 1min late and had to reschedule, but they expect me to wait in a room for over a half an hour without being seen. I paid Aspen $7000 dollars and I get treated this way.
