I placed an order. I have been ordering from these people for a year. They have made little mistakes, but who doesn't. Brushed it off. The last order I placed they admitted they messed up. And I would have to wait till Monday because that's when they ship out. I said wait what my husband wanted a refund. I'm was trying to tell them your company made a mistake. They should solve that today. They said wait till Monday and this time they won't charge us shipping. That is not acceptable. The girl hung up on me. At first I thought it was a mistake. But then I realized, hey she didn't even attempt to call back. So I call back **** the owner gets in the phone. His response was he's busy at his job. I said me to and I'm trying to get clarity and what's going on with his job. While I'm at work. At least he's working on something pertaining to his business. He starts to get belligerent. He's going to fill a restraining order for harassment. And I kept saying I need to know what's going to happen. Didn't bother to ask if I wanted refund or nothing, just basically they will mail it out again in three days, oh yes and he hung up on me as well. He was trying to make it seem like I was being irrational.So finally he said he would send out in Monday. I hung up called their local police department. Apologetically the officer knew the company and was laughing, I do not ****** her she said don't worry. And to file a complaint with the bbb and here I am. Just because they are a small buisness does not mean they shouldn't have better people skills, very unprofessional.I paid ****** for them to tell me they will send it when they send it and won't charge me yet another shipping fee. Seriously. I would have rather paid the extra shipping and have it mailed out today
