I placed an order. I have been ordering from these people for a year. They have made little mistakes, but who doesn't. Brushed it off. The last order I placed they admitted they messed up. And I would have to wait till Monday because that's when they ship out. I said wait what my husband wanted a refund. I'm was trying to tell them your company made a mistake. They should solve that today. They said wait till Monday and this time they won't charge us shipping. That is not acceptable. The girl hung up on me. At first I thought it was a mistake. But then I realized, hey she didn't even attempt to call back. So I call back **** the owner gets in the phone. His response was he's busy at his job. I said me to and I'm trying to get clarity and what's going on with his job. While I'm at work. At least he's working on something pertaining to his business. He starts to get belligerent. He's going to fill a restraining order for harassment. And I kept saying I need to know what's going to happen. Didn't bother to ask if I wanted refund or nothing, just basically they will mail it out again in three days, oh yes and he hung up on me as well. He was trying to make it seem like I was being irrational.So finally he said he would send out in Monday. I hung up called their local police department. Apologetically the officer knew the company and was laughing, I do not ****** her she said don't worry. And to file a complaint with the bbb and here I am. Just because they are a small buisness does not mean they shouldn't have better people skills, very unprofessional.I paid ****** for them to tell me they will send it when they send it and won't charge me yet another shipping fee. Seriously. I would have rather paid the extra shipping and have it mailed out todayBusiness response

On March 4th 2021 I took over on an escalated phone call that my Office Manager had been working on for approximately 20 minutes. The customer, ************************* was familiar to me, as we had spoken on more than one occasion before. It seems like every order, ************ was unhappy. She would call and make numerous complaints, time and time again, berating my ************** who are trying their best. For this specific matter, ************ was very upset that we could not ship her order on that specific day. We cannot ship and do not ship orders on Fridays that are being sent to correctional facilities. Packages are not received on those days and the package would have been returned once again. We acknowledged that we had made a mistake by sending the original order to the wrong address and we could correct that and ship it priority on Monday, March 7th. When she was told that she became more upset. WE THEN OFFERED TO FULLY REFUND THE ****** Still not satisfied. She demanded that we ship the order THAT day, which is not logistically possible. ************ continued to berate me at this time, and would not take no for an answer. She was very condescending and demanding and at that point I explained to her (through her yelling) that she would no longer be allowed to order from us and that we would be completing her order as she had requested as soon as possible (Monday, March 7.) Over the course of the last year ************ has became increasingly impossible to deal with. My Office Manager was VERY professional with ************ even after she has made other employees CRY after dealing with her. In short, we addressed the issue as best as we could within our Logistical means AND offered a full refund (WHICH SHE REFUSED). We have been in business in ******, ***** since **** and have not had ONE complaint to the BBB in the history of our company. I stand by my employees and how this issue was handled and the previous issues ************ had brought to our attention.
