I went into this shop earlier today. I went in and specifically asked for a menthol vaporizer. The employee gave me one she said was method but was actually a weird ***** mint flavor. Not even remotely the same thing. And since I didnt realize it was the wrong flavor (because I believed it was the one they told me it was) until I got to the car, they wouldnt give me my money back. I dont understand how a company lies to their customers and then has the audacity to accuse the customer of being unreasonable. The date of the transaction was today August 30th 2022. The time was around 3PM and the amount in dispute is $30.I have noticed that although the business bills itself as being a tea and tobacco shop, they in fact do not sell tea or tobacco. In fact they mostly just seem to sell marijuana paraphernalia.That on top of the fact that the owner was sitting in there with his very large dog leads me to believe that theyre might be other less than reputable transactions taking place there.**********, the fact that they *********** lied to me and then accused me of having been unreasonable is unacceptable. They openly defrauded me since they lied about what they sold me and I demand a resolution to this issue
