    Well, I certainly wish that I had checked these reviews before I went to Van Syckle to look at new cars. We ended up buying a 2020 ******** SUV instead of a new car and I must say that I am greatly disappointed with the outcome of our purchase. I have a severe hearing problem and must rely on my wife to be my "ears" and after the negotiations were completed, we had to settle on the warranty and talk added money to the contract to extend the warranty to ******* miles or better, I thought I heard the contract guy say the additional warranty was at *****% interest (not on the entire deal, just the warranty portion) and he told us what the payments would be. When we received the contract papers in the mail three days later the entire deal car, warranty, etc. was at *****% interest ---- a whopping 6% higher than the deal I had with another local new car dealer (at 8.99%) but that dealer kept delaying the delivery date of that new car so we ended up cancelling that sale - and ended up going to Van Syckle. Long story short --- we are greatly disappointed in Van Syckle's handling of the entire purchase - and I should have been much more involved in the discussions. I have contacted Van Syckle about this entire matter and am greatly disappointed in the result. Yes, I could have been much more attentive --- and wish I had brought up the interest before discussing the warranty add-on.Just a warning to others --- make sure you get the contract papers before you drive away with a new, or used, vehicle - so you can verify the interest rate and other details of a sale.I have talked once to Van Syckle personnel since receiving. the paperwork -- and just feel that the paperwork should have been available before we drove the Kia ******** off the site to begin with, specially since I have this hearing disability. Just wanted to report that I am very disturbed about the way this was handled - and the result of my latest phone call. Be careful everyone!******************

    We are sorry for any confusion our clients have in regards to their transaction.  We have reached out to them and reviewed their statements with them and invited them to come review the Audio and Video recording we have of their transaction.  It shows a different view than what has been published.  They have stated that they may come in at some point to view it.  It shows complete and lengthy disclosures and release of documents to them.  I believe they are happy with their purchase and after viewing the video will agree that nothing was amiss with this transaction.  Thank you
