I spoke with ********************************************* on 07/15/2022 letting him know that we are in the process of a system conversion which has caused significant delay with the issuing of his wife's refund of $49.35. The request for the refund will be issued within the next 30 days. I do apologize for the delay as there has been unforeseen circumstances during the new system transition.
