I placed an online order (Order #********) on June 21st. It was marked as being picked up in the middle of the night. The store isn't even open for me to pick it up at midnight. It was a glitch with their online ordering system. When I contacted NAPA online customer support, I was told they cannot do anything. I have to go into the local store which is almost 45 minutes away. The local store didn't do anything wrong. It was the online ordering system that failed. I shouldn't have to waste time and gas to resolve this issue. Customer support should take care of it, but they refuse. I have the email showing my order was picked up on June 22 at midnight which is false. NAPA charged my credit card (according to my bank they have a charge being processed). Napa's online ordering system has taken my money and never provided the items that I purchased. This isn't the first issue with NAPA's website. I have placed two other online orders in the past several months. Both previous orders were never fulfilled. They were in the "Processing stage" for a week. A hold was placed on my credit card for this week and the orders eventually were canceled. My funds were finally released a few days later, but I was without that buying power for up to 10 days. Unacceptable.
