*In July, 2021 I delivered a cushion to be recovered to *************************** at The Recovery Room in Boothbay Harbor, ME. I was told that the cushion would be completed within a week, that the fabric was readily available and that it was a quick job.*On August 13, 2021, I was notified that the cushion was complete. I went to pick it up, paid the invoice, $70 using my debit card. Screen shot of the debit from my account is attached (***** also does business as 'On Board Fabrics'). After paying ***** showed me the cushion, covered in the wrong fabric. She apologized, saying that she could get the correct fabric quickly and the cushion would be done 'next week'. *I left a couple of messages for *****, with no response. Finally, on September 30th, ***** responded to an email (attached), stating that the fabric was due to arrive and she would immediately complete the cushion.*Again, I left a message for ***** with no response, but in a subsequent call on November 1st, I called again spoke with her and she assured me that I would hear from her that day via email or phone. I received no email or call.*On November 8, I sent ***** an email and stated that I did not want to file a complaint, but would be forced to do so, as have numerous other clients citing the same 'next week' unfulfilled promises from *****. No response.*On November 24, I left one final message for *****, again saying that I did not want to file a complaint.No response.I would like my cushion covered in the correct fabric. Right now, I am out $70 and do not have the cushion that I gave to her.Thank you for any help you can give me.*********************Business response

The fabric that was required for Julies project was back ordered from the fabric company. It arrived this week and Julies cushion will be done by Friday. I can not control the availability of supplies, especially with the many supply chain issues.
