I went here with a friend for an appointment at 10 am. I was getting a full set, and my friend was getting a fill. Our first complaint was that one artist did both of us. We thankfully were not in a time rush, so it was okay. During the choosing process, picking a color was easy, but then when it came to the nails, I asked to get a coffin of ballerina shape. The stylists flaf our said "No you get oval it looks better" I personally don't like the look of an oval shape so I asked if I could get a round square instead. Then, as the process of getting the acrylics put on started, I was in immense pain. He filed my nails so rough my nails were bleeding, and for some reason, the acrylic itself burned. I thought I was going crazy until he started my next hand, and my thumb nail touched my skin it burned. They were radiating heat. My friend had the same complaint. My nails, when looked at from a side angle, stick up in the air. The stylist ended up deciding to take my friends' old acrylics off instead and popped them off with a plastic fake nail. She told me after it hurt a lot. My friend definitely had a rougher time than me. He refused to do a design she wanted (it was just pink French tips)... Then he told her that her color choices were ugly. She wanted a medium natural almond shape and left with extremely short almonds. She says they look like jelly beans and ngl they do... ??The artist did not sanitize the area either. I watched him use the same towel for THREE clients. My artist *** was constantly answering and making phone calls through our sessionm ANYWAY my number one complaint is that I have walked away from a nail appointment with wounds. That is not okay whatsoever. I will never be coming back here.
