In May 2023 Brunswick Home and Garden showed up to do maintenance on our stand alone generator. The technician said we needed a new generator. He decided not to service the generator since we would be getting a new one. He gave us materials to look at and pricing. In June we decided on the ****** and ******** at $7000 or less. They said they were out of stock but that they were on order. We offered a down payment and they said it was not necessary. For the last two months we've been actively trying to reach someone. I even got someone from a different division to deliver a note. They do not answer their phone, they don't respond to voice messages. What I want is for them to let me know what is happening and if they cannot get a new unit at least to service the unit we have. Thank you for your helpBusiness response

Hi, this is ***************** with Brunswick Home and Garden Shop, Brunswick, *****. Complaint number is ********. And *************** on it a little bit later than I should. We got the letter on 18th december. We had a major power outage at that time and we have been out straight for 2 weeks since then, I have talked to the folks that are there. I had ordered them a generator like they had asked and we did try to get in touch with them once and they did not respond back to us. So I am not sure where the complaint is. I talked to them today at about 5 min before I am leaving you this message and left a message with them again. Spoke with a wife. She says the husband will call me next week on Tuesday or Monday to find out if he still wants the generator
