I experienced the worst customer service and verbal abuse at this establishment. My boyfriend and I split a meal there and later on I noticed that my card had been charged twice, once for my portion of the meal and then again for the entire bill. When I messaged ******* through FB messenger and informed them of what happened and sent them screenshots of the charges, they assured me that they would open the next day and this would be passed along to Brother ****** to refund me. The next day came and went and I heard nothing from them. The following day I reached out to them again via FB messenger to let them know that the charge had not been reversed and that I had not heard from them and that if the charge was not reversed today I would have to report this to my credit card company. ******* replied by asking me, "Why are you turning nasty?" I responded that verbal abuse and insults would not be accepted, and that it is the professional thing to do to report inaccurate overcharges on a credit card when I gave the company time to fix it and they did not fix it nor did they reach out to me. They claimed I "threatened" them by letting them know I would have to report this charge to my credit card company. They did send a written check to cover the overcharge since they could not figure out how to refund my card, but I was shocked and disheartened that they responded to me in such a rude way by calling me nasty when I was nothing but professional. I will not frequent this establishment again based purely on the fact that they have a lack of professionalism and treat customers with such rudeness and verbal abuse.
