              I stuck in mud at 12/3/2021 At Hermon ** I have big truck with trailer I called this company to check about to get me out of the mud they told me we charge 250 per hour with minimum 2 hours I agree for that I called them at 7:55 am they arrived at 8:25 The distance between my location and there location less than 10 minutes They finished the job at 10:15 Am After that I surprised they charged my credit card for 1500$ They sent fraud receipt to my bank they said I started the service at 7:30 till 10:30 I have proof from my phone calls about call time Iam request to get 1000$ back and this company supposed to get invitations about this fraud transaction I have also proof phone call they said exactly what I mentioned

              Worst customer service ever. I dont even know where to start. They left with my car key and house key without saying anything while I was inside the house getting them the money for the service. My baby almost got locked inside the house. When I called them to ask why they did that they hang up the phone on me. I had to get the police involved to get my car keys back. They should not be in business.
