I hired Dragonfire Excavation to do some work at my property in ************* to clear some land for a house lot. The lot was cleared and put in a foundation and septic system. The son told me that he didn't like the way all the debris looked and was going to chip it all up due to a lot of ledges and couldn't bury it (never got done Everything was going fine until the septic install came. Then I was asked to send up a deposit for the septic installation which I did. Then I find out that Dragonfire isn't certified to do septic tank installs after I already sent the deposit. I then sent emails and text messages with no response after a few days they replied back with an email. I finally get Dragonfire on the phone after a number of days go by and they tell me that the deposit for the septic tank install went to the extra work (that I knew nothing about) until I asked for my deposit back for the septic tank and found out about everything. I would never hire this company for anything. As of this time I still haven't got my money back and they told me I'm not.

The customer paid us to pay to clear the lot and put in a driveway. Customer was extremally happy with the lot and the driveway through the countless emails we received from him. We started work on his foundation then he changed his mind multiple times through face to face and emails about where he wanted it while having us remove all the top soil for 1 acre in quote but wanted 2 done before decision was made costing him more time and materials. After foundation was installed customer then stated he was going with a new company to finish everything else. This customer is trying to get free materials and equipment usage out of contractors and refusing to pay them for the work. Customer still has a balance due on all work completed and is now refusing to pay.
