      Purchased some pain relief gummies but in a confusing online checkout process they added extra products, adding $100 to my order value. Called customer service but no-one picked up. I requested order cancellation by email - they responded that they had cancelled my subscription but not the order. Er....what subscription??? They had subscribed me to monthly orders without my knowledge! By now extremely worried, I reported the transaction as a scam to the bank: they reimbursed me and changed my debit card number. Today, the order arrived so I have returned it at my own expense, using registered mail. Overall - a troubling and scary experience. Business practices at best unethical, at worst a scam.

      Unethical trade practices. Initially ordered a promo for $39.00. Credit card was charged $198.00. I have now received 5 more bottles which I did not order. The packing slip does not indicate the charge. If I am not refunded all sums charged I will turn this over to the office of the Attorney General for the states of ************** and *****.

      I received product that I never ordered. I tried to call to understand why, but they want so much information it felt like a phishing scam so I hung up. I have no idea if the product is safe so I will throw it away. If I see a charge on my credit card that I did not authorize, I will dispute it. What a joke! Stay away!

      We ordered a product for cbd gummies for male enhancement and what we received wasn't what we thought we purchased. I have been unable to contact them through the customer service line or the website provided on the packing slip. Just want to return for a refund of product. We have disputed this with our credit card company so are awaiting results from that. Also didn't see the monthly subscription so had to change billing card number so no future charges.

      They automatically charge you for subscription even though you don't sign up for it. They say you have to cancel in 30 days or they will charge $120. Cancelling is fine, however how can you cancel when you cannot login and no account. They have no phone number, no email, no way to cancel as no way to set up account to cancel. Reported to bank and the bank refunded the money. The product doesn't work but that is besides the point. Working or not working not a big deal but embezzle money from your bank account is a big deal.

      I too returned my product unopened with a RMA number. Still waiting for refund. Called customer service number I called to cancel my subscription and its disconnected!!Looking for new phone number to call.

      I would not recommend this company to anybody! This is a scam, they are crooks and their product does not work. Their customer service is the worst Ive ever dealt with and everyone that I talk to was more argumentative than they were at trying to help. I should have done more research before I ordered. Everything I find on the Internet are complaints similar to my experience I ordered five bottles of gummies on a one time purchase. The following month I received a bill on my credit card for another five bottles. Come to find that they had automatically put me on a monthly subscription.First time I called explaining this was supposed to be one time order, and I wanted to return them for a full refund. They offered me 30% off, and when I told them no they offered me 50%, another no I do not want these they offered me 70% off. After saying whats so hard to understand about I do not want these, and that I wanted to cancel the subscription, they finally canceled but hung up on me before I could do a return. The second time I called they again offered me discounts to keep the product and I explained I did not want them. I just wanted to return them for a full refund. Again on the phone for a very long time finally got an RMA number and was advised on the process to follow for the return. About a month of waiting after returning the product and not seeing a refund on my credit card, I had to call again a third time. I was told that I would be charged $50 restock for sanitizing bottles that were still in the original package that had not been opened. (Well thats what I think she said. All three people I talked to were very hard to understand.) I disputed that and they did take it down to $25 restock fee however, I am still waiting to see the refund reflect on my credit card statement. .

      Twin Elements Is a scam. I ordered 5 bottles of 25 count gummies, there add showed 25 count. When I received them I got 5 bottles of 20 count little one quarter inch cubes. They only have a 30 day warrantee, 100% refund, and it took 12 days to get them. It would not of surprised me if they figured I only had 18 days left to ask for a refund. I tried them for several days and noticed nothing. I then felt this was a scam as they say Dr. **** and Dr. ** promotes them and I know that to be a LIE. Being diabetic and the cube tasted like a sugar cube, I asked by phone before the 30 days for a 100% refund to my credit card. It took several calls over a couple days before I got a person. The lady I got was hard to understand. There 100% refund in 30 days is a LIE. The first thing she offered me was 30%of the $198.70. I refused and she argued with me. After some time she came back with 40%. I again refused and then she came up with 50%. Was afraid of getting nothing, told her I was not satisfied but put 50% [$99.35] back on my card. You can get this discounted price of $39.74 if you will purchase a bundle, the more bottles more discounts you can get. The deal is $198.70 for 3 bottles so each bottle is $66.25. We are including 2 free bottles in that package so that brings the price down (divide $198.70 by 5) to $39.74 for each bottle. 
       
      We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages. We do provide the total price for each package right under the offers to avoid any confusion.

      As per checking, your account was canceled and refunded 50% on 12/16/2023 as you agreed to keep the products.
