I bought a car from Linnehans Right Away in ********* ***** about 4 months ago. From the first week I got it its been nothing but problems, the first week I brought it back because the breaks were squealing, they put new break pads on. The next week it was shaking perfusely whenever I'd hit the breaks, I brought it back, they put rotors on only the front of the car. The next week a head light went out & I noticed my brand new back tires the back one were completely bald with 0 tread on them. I brought it back, they aligned it & put new tires on it. I am now having break problems again shaking uncontrollably when I have to hit them abruptly & I took it to go get tinted last week, when I came to pick it up the tint guy pointed out that I have a major problem. There is a huge crack in the rear passenger side fender due to it it being in an accident before I purchased it. Someone had tried to bondo it to fix it and did a terrible job, I was told the crack is going to fill with water eventually & bubble up. It is already starting to rust around the crack & the crack is getting wider. I've been told by other dealerships that I was over charged by 6000$ or more for this car. That coupled with all the things going wrong with it I feel very violated & that I was taken advantage of being a young girl & not knowing much about cars.Business response

The customer purchased her vehicle from us on March 7th, and has had a few complaints. First about noise from the breaks and then a break pulsation. We addressed all of the complaints that she has had including new brakes, new headlight bulbs, and even 4 new tires. Throughout all of our repairs, we provided her with a loaner vehicle, and always waived the $100 deductible that would be part of her warranty. As far as the more recent complaint of possible prior body work, we have offered to the customer to bring it in so we can have our body shop inspect it. No prior damage was disclosed to us when we purchased it, or on the Autocheck history report that we ran. As far as the vehicle values, we are right in line with the JD Power book values both when we sold it to her, and even currently. To sum up, while we wish the customer had not had to experience the frustrations she has had with the vehicle, we feel that we have properly stood behind the vehicle every step of the way by honoring our warranty, not charging a deductible, and providing a loaner vehicle every time.Initial Complaint

I purchase a car within a week I returned the car because I no longer wanted it and lost my job so I didnt go through with the loan they are trying to keep my depositBusiness response

Good morning. This complaint is directed towards the wrong business. We are a Right Way Auto located in *****, but he lives in ******** and there is another Right Way Auto based out there. Separate company with no relation.
