This store and its owner are USELESS! I mailed a package- medicine for my wife - from there in October, and it never reached its destination. I have been in constant contact with them over the last SEVEN MONTHS, and they are unable to either locate the package or issue a refund!They owe me approximately $300.00 in product and shipping, and keep giving me excuses.Business response

We had been waiting to receive forms from *** to file a claim on the shipment described. Unfortunately, in cases of lost or damaged shipments, ***'s damage and claim departments control whether and when to pay our claims, and the store can only request information and submit the requested information when necessary. In this particular case, we had seen that *** appeared to have approved a claim, so we requested the paperwork to submit the documentation for the amount of the claim. This process took longer than the customer wanted, but aside from continuing to make requests to get the paperwork necessary, there was no way for the store to directly proceed with the claim. Shortly after we last spoke with the customer, the forms actually did come in, so at this point we have sent in the required documentation to the *** claims department and are currently waiting on finalization of the claim and for the payment to arrive in the mail. I do not believe the customer was aware that the claim had progressed at the time he made the complaint, though I have reached out to him to update him on the situation.
