The ***** dealer has had our vehicle since septempter 12th, 2022. Due to this issue my wife and I both lost our jobs and can provide termination letters. We were unable to go see our children multiple times. We have called multiple times and is always transferred to a voicemail. No one ever returns our phone calls. We call daily. We also have a number they contacted us on to get updates when we dropped our 2007 ***** CX-9 off to get an hour worth of work done, which is only an hour worth of service- it only needs our key to get programmed. This has been one issue after another with them. They promised they would get it done in between other vehicles because it was only an hour worth of. Minor service. This has been since September 12. They did tell us that they are 6 weeks behind however they said where it was just an hour to program the key they would have it in and out before that timeframe. That is what we hoped and planned for, and they had no loaner to give us either. This is unacceptable!! We call and call every single day and no one can return a call or a simple text message. We have been texting them as well and have only gotten rude messages and its been weeks since a reply. I want this service done free of charge! It has been months! This isn't acceptable and due to them taking MONTHS we lot our job. We are homeless. We literally are homeless! Please help us! Holidays are coming and our kids are going to be so sad. Not able to see us. Not getting as much for Christmas since we cant work with no car. We dont have the money to get another car. The ***** in Augusta said they can do it Anyday however we already had to pay to have it towed to Falmouth because they promised to fit it in between other appointments and charge us $150. This is unbelievable, unprofessional and unacceptable. We have lost everything!! Like times arent hard enough!!Business response

We are very sorry for the delay in repairing their car. They were notified of the timeframe when the car was towed in and we have kept in touch with them on a weekly basis. They say that they have someone who can repair the car immediately, so we offered to pay for the tow to that repair facility.
