On January 21, 2023 I placed quite a large order with origin. On January 31 I emailed customer support requesting an update on the order. I did the same on February 4 and February 7. The company has not responded to any of those emails and the order still says processing. After 3 weeks without any updates Im starting to think my order may never be fulfilled. Id just like my order to be shipped.Initial Complaint

I became aware of the brand due to ******** and wanted to support an ******** Company with a purchase (similar to SAS/Fiestaware/Speed Queen/Liberty in **).So, placed an order in November for two pairs of jeans as I wasnt sure of the size. I sent one pair back because they were too big/long. A similar item was out-of-stock. Though, I was not told this until January. The other pair was sent back because they indicated it had a stain. However, I took pictures and asked where the stain was and customer service changed it to not resellable. I disputed this and want a refund. I wont do business with this company again.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of work boots on January 26, 2023. I returned them because they didn't fit. I received an email confirmation that they received them and a refund would be issued. I have contacted them on multiple occasions about not receiving the refund. They tell me that they have a new system and i should have received it. I have waited months now and I don't know what else to do. Please help. Thank youInitial Complaint

I purchased some jeans for ****** from origin on September 5, 22. Yesterday September 14 I was notified that my jeans were delivered to ******** and I live in **. My address listed on their website is *******************************************************************. Im not sure why they sent my jeans to WA. I contacted customer service and they responded by telling me when products leave their facility its no longer their responsibility even though they shipped it to the wrong address.
