      The banks mobile app states there is money in the account but then I was hit with (6) overdraft charges in one day on (2) separate occasions. The bank refunded one $28 charge and refuses to refund the others

      Shoddy banking poor customer service terrible calling queue waiting not customer friendly Help themselves to balance their books. Disregaurd for total income so what social security ***** should be way more.

      My boyfriend and I had an account with ********************** when signing up they ask you if you want to opt in to have if you bounce a check backup that covers it so it's not an embarrassing moment for you getting denied. We said yes to this and we went over what money was in our account so we actually ended up realizing tho that It really didn't matter if we Said yes or no the bank in fine print would do whatever they wanted do regardless of if you said yes or no. We contacted the bank tho and said no again we absolutely did not want them to cover if we went over and they actually corrected this and put money back in our account. I have my own checking account my boyfriend has his own and we share savings account. So again couple months later and I ended up going over in checking account and ended up having to get a fresh start loan but then again my payments were due on like the 15th of every month and 130 bucks . I ended up not paying it on time even though I was late the bank took 100 bucks out of my boyfriends account its a savings account tho and paid on some of the loan which would of atleast made the 130 dollar payment due and still closed my account didn't actually apply the 90 on my account it just disappeared. I am not happy about this at all i have called the bank they won't call me back

      My father was wiring me funds. I am disable with brain damage. I needed funds by a certain date. I live in another state. The bank requested that I send my DL to prove who I am, plus sent my SS Card, Adopted Birth Certificate, ************************ ********** Certificate, my Police ID when I was a police officer, the list goes on and on. The deadline passed, but they came back and said I sent them Fake ID and I was a scammer. I know that because I am adopted from Korea, I have a Korean face with a white name. The name and face don't match up. Then add the brain damage, the **** and other medical issues. My father is rich and I am poor. They just wanted to keep his money by saying my ID was fake. This has caused my father and I to wash hands of each other. He is ashamed of me because I now suffer with mental illness, I plan to contact and have **** who wants to also file a complaint. ********************* I do not at all care that he didn't send the money, but they scammed him and now our relationship is no more. This is very normal for people with mental illness, he doesn't want to deal with it. I should have had medical care as a child, but it is easier to say it's just a stage. Anyway. I am getting proof my DL is real and expect them to:Delete my personal information. How do I know they are selling my ID to scammers?I want them to apologize about saying my ID was fake.
