Working with Freeman and Son Construction was easy and straight forward. After contacting ****, the owner, he came out to the house the next day to access the job. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the project.The following day I received the most detailed bid of exactly what was included in the proposal at a very reasonable price. He uses Landmark CertianTeed architectural shingles with a 30 year warranty (and rated to withstand 110 MPH winds). He also gave me possible work dates for the next few days. Unfortunately, my wife and I were going on vacation so I told **** I'd contact him when I got back. A week later I messaged him at 9:00pm about scheduling the roof replacement thinking I would hear from him the next day. He messaged me back 5 minutes later. Amazing. We scheduled the strip and replace three days out because of possible rain in the forecast in between. **** and his crew arrived around 7:30a, they tented the shrubs and back deck and by 7:50 they were up on the roof stripping shingles. A VERY competent, hardworking team. They powered out the entire job in ONE day. The cleanup did not leave a single scrap of shingle, or any debris in the yard. They even went as far as to leaf blow both my front and back decks. The new roof looks great and the yard looks better than when they arrived. I would highly recommend doing any form of construction business with Freeman and Son Construction, especially roofing projects. He will do an excellent job, at a fair price in a very timely manner. Great professional company. They did an amazing job quickly and well on a emergency roof repair . The team was very friendly and the owner was professional and kind. In and out in less than a day. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs building or repair.Review from Karen B

We had a leak in our bed and breakfast and had to have it repaired after we closed for the season with quite short notice. The team was very professional and timely! I can not believe our roof was done in ONE day! And very reasonably priced! Thank you for all your help!Review from Jessica A

**** Freeman Construction exceeded our every expectation. They came promptly to give the quote on replacing our roof, showed up on the day, bright and early. Phone calls were always answered or returned within hours. The crew worked like wildfire, very efficiently, carefully and finished the entire roof in one day. They couldn't have worked harder or done better work. We recommend them 100%.

**************************** hit a grand slam home run. Basic shingle roof job. Reply my inquiry immediately. Had me written quote that night. Had to wait the winter out and Covid shortages, but they still honored the quote. Showed up 7am to the minute. It started with Mr ********************** getting back to me the same day I requested a quote. I received his quote for a strip & replace roofing shingles and it was a fair price and beat my only other quote by a fair amount. His team was here on time and did a great job. They were kind and courteous. The clean up was phenomenal, they even rolled the lawn with a magnet. The job was done the following day after I agreed to proceed.
