I ordered two sets of glasses online from **** Flett Studios in May 19, 2021. I received 2 sets of glasses on June 18, 2021, but one set was the wrong type of glasses. I ordered cocktail glasses and received juice glasses. After many attempts to contact them, they told me, over the phone, that the would order the correct glasses and have them shipped to me. I did not receive the glasses, and did not hear back. I went to the store in early August to talk with someone face to face. This began another trail of emails telling me they were ordered and on their way. August 17th I was told I was on their "hot list" to fix this problem. I sent another email on September 11, ************************ money back. I have not heard back. At this point, I feel like I am out $54 for a set of glasses that were a Father's *** gift.Business response
