Sept. 202 - contract was ********* *** stated if I pay cash it would be ********* gave him bank check for 5K and 5K cash (see bankwithdrawal) a 20 foot wide driveway grade so water would run away from house. Driveway is only 10 feet wide in many places and water diversion was never done! We have called many many times with NO reply Repair damages & a 50% refund cheap materialsBusiness response

To better buisness buearu. First of all i paved **** driveway 2 yrs ago that wide issue never was a problem cause i do a layout to every customer to how the driveway is going to be paved. Second i went from border of the edge of his grass to other edge. **** said that his sub base did not to be rdplaces cause it was reclaim and well compacted so the only thing i had to do was buff it so i can lay the hottop so i can make it even with town road. Now quality of asphalt was purchased at fr ***** asphalt plant in limrick every on knows that they deliiver a good quality materials. I been in business going 32yrs. My work speaks for itself and i take care of my customers not answering my calls its a lie i been calling and going to his place on my days off. Another thing iam surprised he didn't blame me for is when he asked me to deliver top soil to his property out back and the only way is to drive big rigs full of material . I told him i refuse to deliver and i told him it was a bad idea he sould have done that prior to paving . He had *********************** delivering 4 truck load ************************************************************************ for his mistake he just doesn't listen and he blames me for his stupidty. So i do apologize i did go back to try to repair damages i done all i can. His fight should be with the delivery company not with me.
