Sebago lake pools originally put in my above ground pool around 9 years ago. Last year my side wall at the skimmer box collapsed out. Was told this happens sometimes but rare. I scheduled the repaire to the amount of almost 11k. I got no called no showed 3 times. It was finally "repaired" the end of August and shortly after got shut down. They reused my posts(their idea not mine) and sure enough this Feb I saw the screws strip out and it collapsed inward this time. I have been calling since Feb about this. Each time the only response I get is "we will call you back" Yet I never get a call back or answers.Business response

******************* notified us that her pool had started to collapse. We had sent someone out to look at it and see what was happening. Upon inspecting the damage it appears the winterization wasnt correct causing the ice to buckle the wall. ******************* came into the store and worked with ***** and we were able to get a resolution to this situation. Sebago Lake Pools agreed to replace the pool wall & install labor for what our cost was for both materials and labor. We are currently waiting for the new components to arrive so we can get her scheduled to have the pool fixed.Customer response
