            I bought a cnc machine a couple years back, the machine come with a computer that had Mach3 installed already. Recently, i bought another cnc machine that was capable of running the same program (hence the reason i bought it). The program had massive glitches & issues in the new profile - so i photographed a copy of the license on the program & emailed it to **********************, i was informed it was a "pirated" copy and the support "team" kept pushing me to purchase Mach4. Mind you, the 1st machine come pre wired & set up using the printer port - while the 2nd uses an usb cable. P.S. this computer is NOT online. So i figured i would buy a legal copy of mach 3, the download page from machsupport recommends copying the *** Profile so you have your settings saved - pinouts on inputs, outputs etc.So, after copying the *** Profiles -DELETING the bad copy & installing the free download. NOW every time i try to start the program after selecting the profile (machine i wanna use) it crashes my computer, causing it to re-start. WHAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ONLINE IS, On Fri, 12th Aug 2022 at 3:54 pm, Caleb ********************* has stopped supporting Windows 7. You will need to look into getting a new computer.
