I hired this caterer to cater my wedding in September 2022. I signed a contract and made a non refundable deposit of $2000 and an additional refundable deposit of $3728.66. I have since been in contact with *** to cancel services and inquire about how I would receive my refundable deposit back. I was told on 9/22/21 that he was pulling my file to meet on 9/28/21 to discuss my refund. I have since made numerous attempts to contact, 4 to be exact, with no response. I am hoping to get some assistanceCustomer response

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I apologize for taking it to this measure, the last correspondence I received was on 9/22 stating that there was going to be a meeting to discuss if I was getting a refund and after 4 follow up emails to that I never received anything else. Can you please confirm the amount of the refund I will be receiving and I would like to update my mailing address as well so I can ensure I receive this.

This is my second attempt at going through the BBB to get a response from this company. I canceled an event I had through them back in August and was told that they would mail out a refund check for my deposit in December. I emailed them stating that I hadn't received it and asked what address it was mailed to. They mailed it to an incorrect address. I gave them the new address and asked them to resend it. It has been over a month now. I have not received the check, I have emailed, and texted and gotten no response.
