I purchased a 2009 ****** Tacoma through ABL Auto on 9/12/22, that same day on 9/12/22. I contacted **** at ABL and notified him of a transmission leak. I brought the truck into a different shop on 9/15/22. Confirmed the transmission leak, found numerous other issues State Inspection safety issues-the truck has an inspection sticker on it from 9/22. Including holes in the frame. Contacted ABL on 9/15/22 to make them aware. I dropped the truck back off to them on 9/18/22 for the issues to be resolved. *** repair shop they choose (******* Automotive) called me on 9/27/22 stating the truck was repaired. I went to pick it up on 9/27/22 and found the truck still visibly leaking transmission onto the exhaust. I left the truck at that shop for proper repairs. Notified ABL again on 9/28/22 of the ongoing issues, **** at ABL said he would make some calls and get back to me. Nothing since. I financed this truck 17 days ago, and have been able to drive it maybe 60 miles. *** State Inspection sticker should have not been on the truck as it was, and now I am concerned about the 30 day State Inspection "warranty" of expiring without the repairs being done, timely or completely.Business response

We are aware of the issues and spoke with ******************** several times to keep him up to date. We had ******* Automotive repair the Trans leak with new parts from ******* however the leak was coming from a crack in trans case from the top above the pan, obviously we couldn't see that so we located another transmission to replace and have been waiting for it to arrive. Today(10/7) the part has arrived and if all goes well it should be ready to go by Monday. Our main goal is to have ******************** a happy customer and I understand his frustrations with the delays.
Thanks,
****************

We purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 crew cab from them in June of 2021. When we went to look at the truck it had liners in the wheel well and around the edges of the bed above the tires so we were unable to see what shape the bed was in under them. We did ask about this because my boyfriend had issues in the past with rusting due to those covers. They told us that there was no rust because the frame had been repaired which is also stated on my bill of sale.. We purchased the truck for 20,068.45 and about a week later realized that it didn't have a new inspection sticker on the truck. We asked them to reimburse us for getting it inspected and they insisted that we bring the truck to the person who inspects all of their vehicles for them which we did and he did a complete inspection. It was about 4 weeks later that the motor blew. This cost us over 5000.00 and we were without the truck for over 2 months because of supply chain issues and getting the motor to us. We went to them and they did give us 1000.00 towards the motor. We have had to put quite a bit of money into the truck over the last 9.5 months for various parts and still have to replace the rack and pinion which will be roughly another 1200.00. This past weekend my boyfriend happened to look behind one of the covers on the back tire wells to find that it had extensive rotting so he checked the passenger side and that was even more damaged than the drivers side. We feel that based on the amount of damage there is no way it would have been able to pass inspection last year had those covers not been there to hide it. We are now having to figure out if there is any way to repair them or if we are going to have to replace the bed of the truck entirely both options are expensive. We have not contacted the company at this time with the issue because we don't think they are going to be willing to work with us.
