This company paved my business parking lot and my home driveway June 24, 2022 for $34,500.00 and was paid that day, upon completion. My business parking lot is falling apart and has two 20 foot wide, 1 inch deep puddles that are dangerous in the winter when they freeze over. Other parts of my parking lot are cracking and breaking away. Some areas are sinking, as well. I have been communicating with Seacoast Paving's Owner *********************** since July 2022 to get these issues addressed. He has promised by text multiple times to fix his terrible paving job, promised to be here by the end of the week but never follows through by showing up. His Project Acquisition Manager and an Asphalt Sales Representative from **** Industries (the asphalt supplier) have recently visited my business location and agree that there are serious issues with this paving installation. Since then, **** has completely ignored my last attempts to rectify this peacefully. He will no longer respond to my calls or texts. My home driveway is just as bad with the same problems and poort workmanship. Our agreement included removing the bad pavement and repaving the driveway. It appears he just paved over the old driveway and it is now peeling away, revealing that the old pavement is till underneath. I have given him almost a year to rectify this situation and feel I've been more than patient with him. I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. The manufacturer of the asphalt has been to my location as well as this company salesman. Both confirmed there are serious problems with the installation of my parking lot. The owner of seacoast paving will not let the salesman elaborate on what they did wrong. My parking lot is sinking And cracking. I also have huge 20 foot puddles in my parking lot that freeze over in the winter causing a slipping hazard. Also, the standing water is deteriorating the parking lot. I have texts from the owner of the company promising to fix it. Now he wont return my call since his own salesman and the supplier of the asphalt have confirmed his faulty install.Initial Complaint

On 9/12/2022 the company put an asphalt sealcoat on my driveway and filled in cracks. They were supposed to fill in the space between driveway and garage with cold patch or asphalt. They did a terrible job. They were supposed to cut out the cracks and fill it in. They never cut out the cracks and the cracks were not filled in to the surface and they are already cracking. They did not fill in the area where garage met asphalt driveway. They did not put sealant all the way to end of driveway they said they ran out of sealant. The fellow who was overseeing the project *************************** demanded payment before the job was dried. I paid him as soon as it was done and held back $250 because he said he would come back the next day and fill in area the abutted the garage, The skim coat they put on was very thin. Next day we called and complained to the owner and he said he would come right out the next day. They had told me there was a 3 year warranty. They never came out and are not answering or returning phone calls. I would never recommend this company.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. My spouse saw the company truck about a week ago and stopped. The owner of the company was there and she spoke with him regarding our concerns. This was the second time we spoke with him. He said he would come by that night and look at our driveway and we never heard or saw him again.
