Date of service was 8/8/24 and amount I paid was $425.I had been without water and a young man named *********************** informed me he was a general contractor and had his own business so I asked if he could take a look at the problem. He started off with toilet, made some repairs. Then worked his way into the kitchen and made some connections from pipes to the hot water tank. He went to the store several times not having the correct pieces, spent more time driving than resolving any issue. Indicated to me several times he would have water before the end of day whether it was hot or not unknown but would at least have water. Once he had everything "connected" still heard a leak and saw a leak coming from under the mobile home. I informed him about pipes and an access hatch in the bedroom, but he never looked. He told me the leak was my main line they would have to rip apart my bathroom, replace the main line, fix any rot, and install a new shower which they quoted me for $1800. He insisted this project he was doing now would be charged separate from that and because of this he now can not get me any water. He told me parts were roughly around $250, which is not accurate, and my total came to $425. I paid this company was provided no receipt on work they did or how much was charged for their labor. A few days later my cousin comes up and takes a look, finds the leak which was not what ****** had indicated and is able to get me running cold water. When he was looking at all the "work" ****** did it fell apart because he used pipe dope to connect everything. I asked politely for ****** to come back and he basically said I handled the situation wrong in addressing that his work fell apart and when he did come to the house he was very defensive and rude. He informed me he would get receipts and be back and his work was warrantied however he never came back and ignored my messages. I reached out to the "owner" *************************** and never heard anything.
