I bought a car from **** and took it back several time and he told me it was the torque converter in the transmission and he told me that he would buy me a warranty package to cover the cost of it and i took it to be checked and they told me that the transmission is one of the worst they have seen in a long time and quoted around $7000 and my warranty only would pay $3000. I have contacted **** and they have informed me that they will not do anything for meBusiness response

Good evening **** purchased his vehicle 9 months ago and they did have an issue that i rectified immediately . As a small buisness owner to protect him and i both i gave him as a good gesture a $1200 warranty at no extra cost just incase he were to have any issues in the near future . 9 months later **** called me to tell me he brought his car to a ***** dealer to get an estimate which was in my opinion extremely high he asked if i knew someone who would do it for less.. I told **** that i use a repair shop in ******* ***** they do most of my repair work and is not for from the town we live in precision wheel and tire and that the warranty should cover the cost ! He never responded to me but now i know why . Ive gone above and beyond to help **** and his wife and there mom and dad multiple times and theres nothing else i can do for them .
