My grandmother died last may *** headstone was purchased when my grandfather passed before 2009. The headstone is NOT done a year later after every selfish lame excuse. It will be 4 days until her one year memorial and we still cannot **** her because he has not finished this headstone! Its causing emotional distress upon ** in this time.Customer response

I went to this business in February 2021 to look at a monument for my Father-in-law. We were told that the stone would be ready by the end of May 2021. We have called several times left several messages. And when I say several I mean over 10 possibility could even be over 20. Did not get a return call. Called on a whim one day and a female answered the phone said the gentleman was very busy but somebody would get back to me. No one got back to me! Got someone again on the phone saying that they were going to be working on the stone and then it would be done shortly. The gentleman also added to the excuse that now we would need to hire someone to put a small pad and to put the stone on. I was informed this by my mother-in-law. I’ve tried several times to reach this gentleman as this is something that he was supposed to have done. My father-in-law has been gone 18 months now. We’ve been working with this company since February. We have no stone.Business response
