              Excellent trade skills / workmanship That said, I would never again retain his service. If You do? Be prepared, after the job is completed and paid for, to be treated rudely and crudely if you call back with a simple question, insults come quickly ( "you are too stupid for me to spend my next 5 minutes in trying to explain .... oh, and you must be blind too") ..... and other inapproprriate language, you get the idea? Another business man gleefully walked me through a simple solution in 5 minutes at no charge. This above-mentioned-from-********** set his fee at $200.00 " be bothered by " me-to dare ask one question a after his to servicing my heat pump.Use at your own risk.

              I had an issue with my heat pumps, installed by another company in 2017, I called a nearby heat pump installer for assistance. ********** returned my call, asked me a few questions, then gave me the solution over the phone to the concern. He asked me how many heat pump units I had, gave me a total price for the fix/service, and sent a qualified tech on an agreed time. The tech was very accurate, informative, serviced my home units, resolved the problem, was very neat with the inside work, and billed me the exact estimate given by ******************. Impressive. Ill be using his services again ***********
