I am very disappointed with this company and DO NOT RECOMMEND! They were hired to assess properties for "70 communities" for tax purposes in the **************, according to the lecture I just encountered by their representative! I made an appointment with them which I was told could help reduce the costs and allow me to keep my home. Instead, a self-righteous man listed his credentials, threw papers at me across the table about what homes have sold for in my area. I explained that none of those are the same as my home and I was hoping to have it reduced to something fair. This person said that he couldn't do anything about it, basically dismissing me, rudely. I swore at him as I left the room because I took time out of my day to make this appointment and seek this company's HELP. They are not helpful, and the man instead belittled me and was discourteous, speaking to me like I was a child, lecturing me, even though I have maintained my residence independently for over 12 years now. I don't know if I will be able to continue to live here thanks to this absolute disgraceful over-assessment and unwillingness to listen or to help. I am disgusted by this company for hiring such a monster and hope they, like me, feel the impact of financial hardship!!!!
