I hire ***** to fix pavers that were sunk which he did fixed and got paid for it. The drain around my pool deck was clug and popping out of place so I asked him if he can fix it he said yes he will charge 600 dollars. This was on april 8th he took the pavers out that he needed in order to put the drain back in its place. He told me I needed to replace 2 or 3 pieces and that it will cost $230 he was going to order it from ********** and he would get them on wednesday april 10th. He asked that I send him the money to pay for it and ask a 200 upfront for his services. Which I did send him a zelle for $430. He didnt call me on wednesday so I call him on thursday he didnt answer the phone. He sent me a message late in the afternoon saying he couldnt talk on the phone. I then asked him about the parts he said it was coming on friday. Waited until friday to call him back because he didnt call. He disnt answer the phone I insisted many times until he responded via message and said Icant talk on the phone whats up I asked him why he doesnt answer the phone. He never responded and blocked my phone number and disapear without giving an explanation.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. He blocked my phone number so I cant get a hold of him and he hasnt contacted me eitherInitial Complaint

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Segals Handyman Services Unfinished Fence Job I hired ********************* to build a fence around my property for $5000, and my experience has been deeply frustrating and unsatisfactory. Despite the high price and his initial assurances of quality and timeliness, the job remains incomplete months after the promised completion date.The work started off well, but progress quickly slowed down, and eventually, it came to a complete halt. Repeated attempts to contact ********************* for updates were met with vague excuses or, more often, complete silence. The unfinished fence has not only become an eyesore but also a safety concern.I paid a significant amount upfront, trusting ********************* to deliver as per our agreement. However, he has not only failed to complete the work but also to communicate any valid reason for the delay. His lack of professionalism and accountability is appalling.I strongly advise against hiring ********************* for any projects. His failure to fulfill his commitment has left me with an incomplete fence and out of pocket. I am now in the unfortunate position of having to hire and pay another professional to finish the job, doubling my expenses.Rating: 1/5
