I made an offer on a house thru their agent. I gave the company a $1000 ******* money deposit. I backed out of the deal, and both I and the seller signed an Authorization for return of ******* money deposit on May 4, 2022. On May 10, 2022 the company cashed my check. I heard nothing after that and did not get my check returned or a refund. I contacted them after 50 days had elapsed but they did not respond. The agent called me instead on June 25, but had no explanation for the delay. It is now July 4, 2022 and still no money returned.Customer response

[I finally reached the designated agent in ******** ***** with help from the real estate commission, and received the refund on July 10. No explanation for taking over 2 nonths, but I am moving on.A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response. If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]
