              AAA paid vendor $100 then he charged ****** - totalling ****** for 2 keys at a lockout on July 14, 2024. I expect a refund of $100 from AAA, at $****** is price gouging, in order for me to get on my way.

              My advice would be to just call a local towing company directly and just pay for the service. Many auto insurance companies also have their own roadside assistance now too. I called for a tow, and it was cancelled because AAA didnt tell them that even though I was the caller there would be someone else answering the phone and waiting at the vehicle. When AAA called the person I told them to call for updates they cancelled the dispatch because it was not me who answer the phone. The woman was also extremely rude, and told my partner that unless he can put me on the phone it is his problem now. Both of our names are on the account. I pay extra to have both of us on the account. I called AAA a second time and the tow truck they dispatched showed up 6 hours later told us AAA wont pay for it. $350 that I would have preferred to pay a local towing company. Why are dispatchers for ***** in ********? I used to have this service 10 years ago and I remember it being a lifesaver. Seems the times have changed and I will not renew.
